“A Man Given to Anger”

Blessings folk!

Here is a Proverbial truth that would save many so much trouble.

Give heed.
Pro 22:24-25
Make no friendship with a man given to anger,
nor go with a wrathful man,

lest you learn his ways
and entangle yourself in a snare.

A man given to anger.
A man that embraces anger.
A man that lives and breaths anger.
A man that uses anger to gain what he desires.

Make no friend of such a man.

Why?

Because you will learn his ways.
You will begin to behave as he does.
You will become him.
You will entangle yourself in a snare.

Do not go with a wrathful man.
Do not think that “you will change him”.
It likely will not occur.

Another translation…
Pro 22:24-25
Don’t befriend angry people
or associate with hot-tempered people,

or you will learn to be like them
and endanger your soul.

Even more pointed.

Be careful who you befriend.
