“Land. Beasts. Children.”

Blessings folk!

The Lord continues to speak and answer His children who have cried out to Him.
Give close heed to whom the Lord is speaking.

Joel 2:21-23
“Fear not, O land;
be glad and rejoice,
for the LORD has done great things!

Fear not, you beasts of the field,
for the pastures of the wilderness are green;
the tree bears its fruit;
the fig tree and vine give their full yield.

“Be glad, O children of Zion,
and rejoice in the LORD your God,
for he has given the early rain for your vindication;
he has poured down for you abundant rain,
the early and the latter rain, as before.
ESV

The Lord says “fear not”…to the land!
He tells the land to be glad.
He tells the land to rejoice.
He tells the land that the Lord has done great things.

The Lord says “fear not” to the beasts of the field.
Why?
Because the pastures of the wilderness are green.
Because the tree bears fruit.
Because the fig tree and vine give full yield.

The Lord tells the children of Zion to rejoice in the Lord their God.
Why?
Because He has given early rain…for their vindication!
Because He has poured forth abundant rain.
Because He has poured forth the early and latter rain as was before.

Fear not!
Rejoice!
Be glad!
