“Nothing”

Blessings folk!

Jesus told His disciples, and us, to abide in Him…

John 15:4-5

Abide in me, and I in you.

As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself,

unless it abides in the vine,

neither can you,

unless you abide in me.

I am the vine;

you are the branches.

Whoever abides in me and I in him,

he it is that bears much fruit,

for apart from me you can do nothing.

ESV

We will not, we can not, bear fruit unless we abide in Him.

Jesus is the vine.

We are the branches.

Jesus repeats.

This is important.

Whoever abides Him…

And he in whom He abides…

Bears much fruit.

Much!

Apart from Him we can do nothing.

Think on that.

Nothing.

Oh, you can be busy…

You can be chasing happiness…

You can be…whatever…

But apart from Him you can do nothing.

Are you in Him?

Are you abiding in Him?

What are you doing…?
